Returns

• Because each vinyl record is custom sourced and framed just for you, we are unable accept refunds. Once your order is submitted, we begin producing your artwork. For this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after 24 hours.
• If your order arrives with any imperfections or damage from transit, just email us at support@deepcutcollections.com showing a picture of the damage to product and a picture of the package. *Please send a picture of the package even if it doesn't appear damaged. We'll repair or replace at absolutely no cost to you.
